SHIPPING POLICY-

  • We process one shipping address per order. If you would like to ship to different addresses, you could consider placing separate orders.
  • Estimated shipping time within Dhaka metro is 3-5 business days and for rest of the country is 5-7 business days.
  • We ship to your address via courier services
  • Our shipping charges within Dhaka metro is BDT 60 and for rest of the country is BDT 120.
  • Shipping address will not be changed after you have placed an order. But in emergency case, we will Consider your problem, but in Emergency Case you can change your delivery address.
  • Your Order Got Canceled for some reason
    • You provided an incorrect address
    • Nobody received call at the provided contact number
    • Your credit or debit card payment was declined by the financial institution
    • The recipient at the shipping address you have provided refused to receive your ordered products
    • The recipient at the shipping address you have provided was unavailable.
  • We don’t delivered product Outside Bangladesh.
